UBIDOCA must, by the nature of its services, receive your mail and, if you require this service, open and scan their content or sometimes even read them.
In order to establish a genuine relationship of trust with its customers, UBIDOCA is committed to the strictest protection of their personal data of which only it is aware.
To allow you to consult your scanned mails at any time in your Customer Space, UBIDOCA must store them on its computer server; however, once you have deleted them in your Customer Space, UBIDOCA does not keep any trace of your mail documents.
UBIDOCA keeps your original mails (the paper) until the agreed forwarding date. No copies of your mail are made ; no third party ever has access to your mails.
In accordance with the European Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, UBIDOCA shall inform the client in advance before disclosing his or her personal data for purposes of prospecting. UBIDOCA must obtain the clear agreement from the customer.
You keep the full ownership of your personal data ; at any time, you can modify them from your Customer Space. If you wish your records to be permanently deleted from our database, you can send a request by email.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection French Laws and the General Data Protection Regulations (RGPD), you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. These rights can be enforced upon UBIDOCA. All you have to do is send us an email or a letter to UBIDOCA, Customer Service, 78 allée primavera, Pringy, 74370 ANNECY by indicating your surname, first name, and email address.
The information collected on our computer servers is placed in a secure environment that is not accessible to the public.
UBIDOCA ensures maximum security levels before anybody can access your mails via Internet in your Customer Space.
